This bit allows the rider to choose between two different levels of leverage and poll pressure, depending on the needs of the horse, with the lower ring offering the strongest leverage. The single-jointed mouthpiece creates a nutcracker action that applies pressure to the tongue, the bars of the mouth and the horse’s palate.
